A Team of Heroes

Tamara nodded to him, even though her sister still wasn't speaking to him. Tamara didn't seem to have the same opinion; or if she did, she was certainly good at hiding it. She was hard to read.
"It'll be great." Sasha agreed. The helicopter lifted off to take them all to where they were going.

[Raven]

Wulf inclined his head in return. When they were well on their way, Wulf asked, "What is the plan?"

[Gifted]

Banion nodded. "Right, yes. If I could have everyone's attention for a moment, please." He agreed. He was able to gather the attention of the rest of his team quickly. "Our destination is a building on the outskirts of a small town in Iraq. We should have just two main entrance points, with a guard at each. About a dozen men in total. Once we're close enough to the building Angélique will be able to provide us with locations and a building layout. We'll split into two groups: Wulf, Sasha and Jae will cover one entry and Lucas, Anam and Tamara will take the other. Valeriya, Angélique and I will walk the perimeter and catch whoever tries to leave, and direct you from there."

[Raven]

Wulf gave a nod. "What's our goal? Elimination?"

[Gifted]

"It always is." Banion nodded. "Unless I state otherwise, we neutralize every threat in the compound."

[Raven]

Wulf nodded his understanding. "What kind of weapons do we know they have?"

[Gifted]

"There will likely be guns and bombs there. We won't know much specific until Angélique is given a chance to take a look."

[Raven]

Wulf lapsed into silence, sitting back in his seat.

[Gifted]

The team cheerfully catted until the helicopter touched down in the city. Banion put an arm up over his face to block the sand being blown into his face by the sweltering wind. "Well, I'm sure the rest of you do not appreciate the weather either. So let's get this done quickly, shall we?"

[Raven]

"Agreed," Wulf said, following the rest of the team.

The team made their way to the house Banion directed them to. "Alright Ordinator, can you see inside?" He was looking at Angélique. She closed her eyes and nodded.
"Right, we saw the outsideguard on the flyover, so lets split up the teams, get everyone into position and then Angélique and I will direct you."

[Raven]

Wulf nodded and split off with Sasha and Jae.

They crept around the back. Sasha spoke into a satellite smartphone they were each equipped with. "Hey, Ice King? This is Anti-Grav. I'm ready whenever you are. We are ready, right?" She looked at the two newbies she'd been tasked with.
"Yeah." Jae nodded.
"Okay. Yeah, we're ready." Sasha told him.
"Excellent, both teams move to eliminate the outside guards in three... two... one.... go."
Sasha peeked out from their hiding place and blasted one off his feet. He slammed into the ground with such force his head started to bleed. Then with a pinch of her fingers, the other man she'd alarmed started to choke and collapsed to his knees.

Wulf moved out of their hiding place, his gun raised and aimed at the doorway.

Another voice came from Sasha's phone. "Inferno here. Job done!" Lucas said. Wuf could practically hear his grin. "And for the record? I don't mind the heat."
"Excellent. Ordinator says there are about thirty men located in the building. A dozen are currently armed with AK-47's, with enough guns for all of them stashed in a room on the top floor - Lucas, you, Anam and Tamara ought to clear that out first. Valeriya is already in position very close to the building, she is ready to run in if either group is too badly wounded. Sasha, Wulf, Jae, we need you to head towards the basement. There are three men in there building bombs, so do try to be careful while you're down there."
