They had things for sandwiches, or soup, and some crackers. For sandwiches, the choices were pb&j or ham, but they also had some spinach for salads which was rare to see in this part of town.

Cersei chose to just make herself a sandwich, as that could easily be transported with her as she moved about the streets. She put herself together a ham sandwich. "Thanks a ton!"
