The Villein family couldn't hold onto power forever. Trying to retain his kind heart, Liam put his trust in the wrong people to do his dirty work, and those people struck him down. The gang that ran the city split, with those loyal to Liam splitting away from the two betrayers and trying to fight back.
It's been decades since the split now. The pair that Liam had once called friends still run one gang, while the other has cycled through many leaders but still remains strong. Decades have passed, but the battle remains to be fought by both sides.

Her pants and jacket are both black leather, and she wears a metal belt on which she keeps a gun, a clip and two knives at all times. She has several tattoos she's accumulated over the years, but most are hidden by her clothes. The exception is a tattoo on her chest partially visible above the neckline on her shirt.
Other: Wife of Jaime Scarborough and officially second in command of Saints Row, she's where the real power lies.

However...
A stray Eevee found where they had hidden her, It was injured, but she kept it secret and nursed it back to health. They're now good friends, but it must hide from the gang members or it will be taken as well. She would never want them to hurt the poor pokemon.

Her hair is wavy like both of her grandparents, but when she's appearing as Cersei she exaggerates it by actually curling her hair - her grandmother taught her how to curl it at six years old. Usually seen in a short dress that is a dark red color, with full sleeves but a wide neckline and falling just above the knees. She wears tights underneath it, black flats and when it gets cold she adds a leather jacket that zips up on her left side.
Other: Justly afraid for her life, the granddaughter of Joe and Jaime Scarborough took on a totally different identity for school, and the above only applies to the identity she keeps around the house. She is very rarely at home, as she is abused by her parents and fundamentally disagrees with what they are trying to teach her. It had been six hours since young Alyona Volkov had come home from school and found that the new home she'd been placed in was nothing but a quickly cooling coals. The new family - the parents and older boys - were nowhere to be found, but Anna had learned early on she wasn't allowed to come home late, so she stayed there, hoping that Richard and Margaret wouldn't be mad at her. Four hours later, though, it was getting dark and she was getting cold. She waited a little longer before wandering down the street to try to find someone who might know where her parents were, or at least someone she could stay with while they were gone. She was hungry and tired and wanted to go to her real home. With that, Anna tried to navigate her way back to her father's house.
However, there was one major problem in that plan of hers. She'd never been out of her father's house, and didn't know where it was. She walked around for almost another two hours before walking into a building that had an open door and a couple people inside. She would have been quite tired if not for her worry about being lost and the chill that had entered her bones. As it was, she still felt the exhaustion in her body, looking around curiously in the building that looked kind of like a restaurant, but different. Her breathing got harder and she stuck close to the wall, keeping her eyes low so she wasn't looking at anyone.

The bar she walked into was certainly dingier than any restaurant she'd ever been in. It was dimly lit by a few old lamps, and the entirely wood aesthetic didn't exactly lend light to the place. The shady characters at the bar seemed to fit right in here, off in corners drinking and talking. It was a unsavory but quiet place, with a quiet looking bartender polishing a glass behind the counter. However when the old, greying man heard the door open, his sad eyes flicked up from the glass and surprise coloured his expression. He immediately put the glass down and came out from behind the bar to approach her, his body language almost shielding her from the less pleasant and scarier sorts. "Hey there," He said in a quiet voice. "You a little lost there, kid?"

Anna shuddered and glanced up at the older man who looked a little bit friendly. His hair made her think of her dad's. "Yes," she admitted. "I don't know where Margaret is... Do you know?" she asked uncertainly.

"Alright. Come up here and sit at the counter." He brought her to one of the bar stools and helped her up if she needed it before returning to his side of the bar. "What kind of pop do you want? Root Beer? Sprite? Coke?" He offered, getting her a glass and a straw.
