They weren't hard to find if Cyrus was alright wit going into a coffee shop, a bar, or other social place.

It took a good ten minutes but eventually Bug cut out the program on one of the televisions (much to the chagrin of the people who came there to relax) to talk to them.

Not really. He's attacked one or two civvies who thought they could scold him in the market but he hasn't been extremely destructive or aggressive.
Just looked like a brief loss of temper to me. He didn't even kill them, just watched them scream for a moment then let them run.
Mostly he's been cooped up in his dad's house all day. Barely shows his face outside.
