"He usually does." Liam rolled his eyes, but his arrogant annoyance with Kailen mingled strangely with what was clearly uncertainty and fear of his own actions. He seemed simultaneously cocky and indecisive, with some sort of superiority complex yet unable to commit to even his own actions.
