Kailen frowned. "I'm not sure," he admitted. "I've never had any problems going as far back as I want to. Yet I still haven't tried to see dinosaurs. I'm a complete waste."

That made Stephanie giggle, seeing Kailen's disappointment with himself that he hadn't seen dinosaurs. But she'd asked for a reason. "Could we go back and stop this all from happening? If I could take back the information I gave..." But she frowned then. She'd been conditioned well enough that her first thought to fixing this, to getting away from her persecutors, was to not act out and not defy her family by giving the resistance information... but she realized she didn't want to take back that information.

"I handed the resistance a bunch of very insider information on the Emperor and a couple of his higher ups. I've made contact with them about five times in three months." Stephanie answered matter-of-factly. "Gave them a look at what was going on at the top. Some of the stuff being kept from us. I would have given more, but they discovered what I was doing."
