Erica sighed. "You notice my starter was apparently a Weedle, something you can pick up out of a back garden no problem? Well, fact is I needed a Pokemon on short notice." She sighed. "I've been training for three years. My first starter was a Charmander named Jet. After two years, We decided to go back home and pay my parents a visit. But while we were there, Team Rocket attacked. I tried to fight them, to protect my parents but... but I got knocked out." She bit her lip, trying to stop herself from crying. "When I came too, all my pokemon were gone."

Erica nodded. "That's why I'm taking on Gym leaders. I have no interest in becoming pokemon League Champion or whatever, collecting badges is secondary to me. But the Gym Leader is often the most talented pokemon trainer in the city. If I can beat them, I know I'm getting stronger.The more gyms I defeat, he more comfortable I'll be with the idea to stepping up to Team Rocket again. And the more likely it is I'll win this time." She smiled as she got her pokemon back. "Now, where did you say that fairy type gym was?"

Erica looked excited again. "Alright, let's go!" She agreed, following Amelia towards the gym. She hoped she and spike could handle it. She could try out Blaze in a pinch, but she hadn't trained with him much...

"She doesn't have any additional gym trainers," Amy added as the gym came into sight. It looked like a greenhouse, with the walls made entirely of glass.

"There just aren't enough trainers in the city," Amy said. "And yeah, it is." She smiled. "Just wait until you see the inside."
The sign declared it as Prism Gym, with the fairy type leader Tristan Briar. When they walked in, the name became obvious. The gym was filled with crystals and mirrors that lit the whole place up, especially when they got to the main chamber. The gym leader stood on a platform, wearing an all white outfit that made her glow. She looked up when they entered. "Oh, hey Amy. Did you make a friend?"

"Wow," Erica couldn't help but to be in awe a little bit. "Wow, your gym is really pretty." She smiled at the gym leader. She didn't find it off she and Amelia knew each other since Amelia had mentioned her name earlier. "Would you mind a battle?"

Amy blushed, while Tris grinned. "I'd love one. Let's see if your friend's any good, huh, sis?" She pulled one of the balls from her belt and held it ready to throw it.

Erica was suprised. "She's your sister?" She asked Amelia in surprise. then she looked back to Tris. "Eh, whatever, I've got a battle to fight. Let's do this, Spike!" She threw her Pokeball and the beedrill burst into the field, buzzing loudly.

Amy stepped out of the way, and Tris grinned wider, throwing her own Pokemon. A spritzee burst forward, doing a spin.
