"Bye, Mom, Love you!" Josh called back into the house as he came out. He was giddy with excitement. He couldn't wait to meet the rest of the team! He got in the car. "Hey, Mr. Gordon. Hi, Noah!"

"Hey Josh," Mr Gordon greeted.
"Hey," Noah said. Though he was outwardly calmer than Josh, even though they hadn't been close for some time, Josh could tell Noah was excited too.

"Thanks for the ride." Josh added. He grinned at his old friend and tried to calm down a bit as they drove to Lily's house. At least in front of Mr. Gordon.

Lily hurried out to the car. "Thank you for the ride," she said quietly.
"You're more than welcome," Mr Gordon responded, and drove them to Kenny's house. "This is the place?"
"Yup, this is it. Thank you Dad," Noah said. Lily hopped out of the car.

That was when a pale girl with long, dark hair walked up, heading to join them on the porch.
"Hey," Noah greeted. "Which are you?"
"I assume you mean power. Mine is water," Violet answered.

Kenny pulled the last of the bacon off the stovetop and went to grab the door. "Hey guys, come in," he said, but then noticed Violet. "Who's this?"
"Water," she said, pushing past Lily to step inside.
Kenny raised an eyebrow, but smiled at the other three. "You guys might end up finding more than I do."
