She nodded, not even thinking how stupid it was to go with a man she just met. The alternative was to be alone, and besides, he seemed nice. He was some priest and she was a sixteen year old girl, what was he going to do? Despite being an atheist, she believed preachers were generally good people.

Kenny got her into his car and started towards home. "You never did tell me your name," he said. God's knowledge aside, knowing people's names was creepy and stalkerish.

"Oh... that's different." She sounded a bit impressed. It took real dedication and a take-charge attitude to do something like that... which is how she would have phrased it had someone asked her what kind of boys were her type.
