"You too." Kailen hung up and walked back home. He'd have to change. He still owned one outfit that didn't make him look entirely like a slob. God, he hated meetings.
Nonetheless, at six forty, Kailen was wearing decent jeans and a buttoned shirt, though it was a little wrinkled, and sitting in the lobby of Stephanie's workplace.

It was seven fifteen before Stephanie came out of her office a all. "I'm sorry for the wait, I was on the phone. You're the seven o'clock appointment, correct?"

"Yep," Kailen said, trying to mask his irritation. There was no way she'd forgotten him. She couldn't possibly be doing everything she could to annoy him if he was just a random guy off the street.

"Come in, come in." Stephanie beckoned him into her office and headed back in he room herself. "Shut the door behind you, please." She said when he followed. She was rummaging around in her desk and after a moment located some strange device she kept hidden in there, which she turned on.

Stephanie replied matter of factly. Leaving it on, she shut the drawer. "So what do you want?" She asked, looking up at him from her desk.
