The rules for this round are going to be a little different.
- There will be no assigned roles by the admin this round. This is a mainly Wammy based role play and death notes will be given to those who find them(in others words those who had previously had a death note control where they go)
- With new leadership over the school, Wammy's will be stricter. With the previous events years prior, students are no longer allowed to leave the grounds.
- As previously said in the last generation, Wammy's can not arrest anyone without reasonable proof just as Kira's can not kill without a face and a name.
- All TSE rules must be followed
- If there is an arrest or Kira murder made without the needed evidence it can be brought up to admin and canceled out.
