"Yeah, it'd be nice." Victor agreed.
"His power has to do with speech, so he's terrified to talk to anyone he likes in case it hurts the or someone they care about." She explained. "...He's only in here because he's gifted." She wasn't yet aware she was the one and only normal person in this joint.

"Not me... I was taken here for protecting my brother. Like I'd do anything else." She hugged him protectively. "Josiah, are you okay?" Josiah nodded."Are you hurt?" The boy shook his head. "I'm glad... Josiah? You're going to have to be brave now, okay? We're going to have to e strong for a little while..."
"Ok B, don't worry about me." He said with a smile.
Beatrice grinned. "I'm afraid I can't do that, kid." She said,ruffling his hair. "You want to go play?"
Josiah looked at ben. He felt bad saying no to him and yes to Beatrice.
"It's been ok." victor said, even though he'd spent most of his time in a constant state of worry.

"Vivian Beldam." She took his hand, because why not. "I am Victors twin sister. Though I suppose that's rather obvious."
Josiah's face lit up into a big grin and he hugged Ben. Then he ran off to play basketball with his sister.

Sharie was off where she wouldn't hurt anyone and seeing if she could break the wall. She knew the chance was a million to one but after being chained to a bed for weeks and then locked in a power-proof room she just wanted to use it on something, if only to reassure herself she still had it. She was perfectly fine until Ben walked into her path.
"Hey, careful!" Sharie jerked back her whip so it wouldn't cut open the boys leg.
"Nice to meet you too. I've heard a lot about you from Victor & Red."
Rakel nodded. "So far it doesn't look particularly promising. It's all machinery. There's no actual people up there."

"Yeah, Victor introduced me. The two of us get along very well." Vivian informed him. Victor felt slightly ill. If Fredrick still remembered his tirades against Red, either he was going to look like a traitor or like he knew he'd been full of it. He wasn't sure which one he'd consider worse.
"Nope. We're gonna have to go through their defense if we can get out of here, not around them." Rakel agreed.
"Sorry," Sharie's whip disappeared. "My powers nearly completely invisible; another step and you'dve had your leg sliced open. Just didn't want you to walk into it."

Victor looked very uncomfortable and didn't meet Fredricks eye. Vivian smirked.
"I don't know yet." Rakel replied, and narrowed her eyes "I'll figure it out though. I'm not done yet."
"It's an invisible whip sort of thing. Not great except for offensively, but I spent most of my time anyway. It cuts whatever it hits. if I wrap it all the way around I can take an arm off."

"A cable? What was your power then?" Unlike Beatrice, Sharie had taken it for granted they were all gifted.
