Trent brushes off the insulate and continues to work cleaning up the mess. "Hey now there's no need to get angry here." He smiles at lance and shakes his head. Looking down at his mop and seeing that its frozen. He plunges it into the rest the hot water already in the bucket.
"You didn't answer my question why would you do that?" he asks calmly.

Brookelynn nodded. "Of course, why would we do any different?" Brookelynn laughed. It's not like it's the first person with powers she's met, and she knew they were unpredictable and sometimes uncontrollable. "We'll even help you try to gain control of them if you wish, I believe that could come in handy, don't you?"
Kathrine laughed. "Honestly? I would definitely help you gain control of yours, if you helped me with mine." She smiled. "Like I said, I'm a shot for shot kind of person, and as for the we would do that thing, uh yeah. If we didn't want you around, we would've left you in the forest. " It was a cold truth, but at least it was the truth.
Allara smiled back at Trent, and continued listening, making each finger disappear then reappear. She was wondering a lot about all of this. The lab, this assignment... "Precision? Explain..." she wanted to know everything. Even though she knew she would probably not be able to go, she wanted to know enough, at least for later reference. Then an idea struck her. What if she was able to go, but for defensive purposes?... Hmm.....

"why you ask? because humans are gross disgusting and are all corrupted they all have one thing they value over another.. whether it be lust money whatever... there is no compassion. You see i make stuff explode very easily and very fast. i realized true human nature when i was young and sexually assaulted by my own father selling his pictures to other creeps so i said no one day. realizing what humans truly are."

He doesn't flinch to her story. "There are alot of bad people out there but why would you bring yourself down to there level instead of rising above it?" He asks as the waiter approaches with there food.

Kathrine told her, in an almost sarcastic tone. Ugh, Brookelynn usually handles this, but she's her responsibility as well. Grr. Well, she'll be nice for a little longer.
"Don't mind her!" Brookelynn stated. "Well, the power thing is true, but the whole attitude thing you should ignore..." She smiled at her. "Don't worry, she's like this with everyone new!" she laughed a little, to show she meant no offense to Kathrine. "Anyways, let's keep looking around, something must've caused this!"
