"Just beware that we can't keep her that way to long. With her... blood line, a certain teacher will catch on soon enough," Nezzera said, obviously referring to Professor Clapp, both her's, August's, and all the other Hawthorn children's aunt. "She always tends to put her nose in places I'd prefer her not to be,"

[Raven]

"Maybe it should be done by someone who knows August well, then. Make her act more like herself around the professors," Beatrice said. "And avoid them when she can."

[Gifted]

"And possibly implicate an important guilty wand?" Jesse rolled her eyes. "Smart."

[Sar]

Nezzera closed her eyes to think. There were too many chances with this. She had been dreading this year, knowing that now with his part of the family joining it just brought more curious eyes to the school. She opened her eyes and directed them at Jesse. "I think the curse would be best and we can modify the strength of it as we go. We can probably get past the first week by blaming it on nerves, she is a first year after all..."

Jesse nodded. "For now I'll have second or third-yer preform it, someone who is of little consequence. Hopefully she'll wise up after a little while."

[Sar]

"I doubt she'll join that easy.. She's stubborn."Nezzera warned "However, she will be one to keep her head down. She won't become any use but I doubt she'll be a trouble after this."

"Brilliant." Jesse rolled her eyes. "Alright. As for the other rebellious little brat." Here she looked at Lynn, then at Beatrice. "Certain people are a little less than willing to use the last esort. Do you have an alternate plan to suggest?"

[Raven]

"She did swear her loyalty," Beatrice insisted. "Just have her do something for you."

[Sar]

Nezzera looked at Jesse and said "Well, at least there weren't too many problems." She let out a yawn and added "It's about time to close the connection for the night. I wouldn't put it past the head of houses to do rounds in the morning. Especially after the first night. Are we done?"

"Yeah. Talk to you when I can." Jesse replied.

[Sar]

With that, Nezzera disconnected and headed to bed. "It could have been worse," she mumbled, not quite being able to think what was worse.

[Raven]

Beatrice stood up. "I'm taking my sister to bed," she told Jesse.

"She needs medical help. I'll have someone take her to the room." 'The room' meant the Room of Requirement.

[Raven]

"Fine," Beatrice agreed. "See you tomorrow, then." She went up to her dormitories, leaving her sister on the floor.
