"Nikki." She smiled and headed up to the train to see if they couldn't find a compartment together.

The boys quickly got onto the train, looking for a compartment. They stopped at Augusts compartment. "Mind if we sit here?"

Andrea followed, but she kept moving. She was looking for a fuller compartment, so she could learn a thing or two before she got there.

[Sar]

By the time the boys had walked into the apartment, Ngaio was just resting, more like sticking, to the side of August's face. Over looking this factor she just stared at the two boys. After staying silent for maybe a minute she came to the conclusion that she did not know them which excited her beyond belief. Her face cracked to expose a smile "Of course you can!" With her jaw moving, Ngaio scurried away and hid on the back of her neck, though to those who couldn't feel the creature, it seemed like it just disappeared into her huge mass of hair. "I'm August!" she said, introducing herself without even letting them sit down first. "It's my first year, I'm nervous, but that's okay, I mean the worst thing that could happen is the hat doesn't know how to sort me, which I guess is pretty terrifying," At a thousand words per minute August kept talking about everything until finally she stopped and said "I'm August! What are your names?"

Wesely laughed at her enthusiasm. Tanner just smiled as they took their seats. "I'm Tanner, and this is my twin brother Wesley." he replied. "This is our first year, too."

[Raven]

After searching for several minutes, Evangeline said, "We'll have to share."

[Sar]

"I thought you two looked familiar!" She said, her wording a bit odd for the situation "I've always been excited about the Hogwart's expre- NGAIO! Stop it!" she yelled as the lizard dropped from her body onto the her seat "My god.. Lizards. You know?"

Nikki nodded and looked into Ryans compartment. There were only two people in there, that seemed as good a place as any. "Excuse me... are these seats taken?" She asked the two older boys timidly.

Tanner shook his head, smiling.
"Do they even allow lizards at Hogwarts? Thought it was just owls, cats and toads."

[Raven]

Ryan shook his head. "If you want them you're welcome to them," he said. "Are you two first years?"
Evangeline sat and nodded. "Sure are."

[Sar]

August paused and said "Weeeeell," another pause "They didn't say NO Lizards, I'm pretty sure, for the most part, kinda." She looked at her feet then to Ngaio, picking him up "If I left him at home he wouldn't know what to do with himself!" She rubbed the top of his head "Would you?"

Tanner nodded.
"So which house are you going too, if you have a choice?" Wesley asked.

Nikki nodded and sat carefully in a seat.

[Sar]

Without pause she said "Slytherin! You?"

[Raven]

Ryan smiled at her. "Which houses do you want to be in?" He asked them.
"Ravenclaw or Gryffindor. I would choose Slytherin but not for a whole seven years," Evangeline answered

"Slytherin? Who wants to be in Slytherin? Nobody likes them." Wesley said.
"Actually, dad was a Gryffindor, so it might just be gryffindors who don't like Slytherin." Tanner pointed out.
"Yeah sure, but you know what dad says." Wesley replied.
Tanner shrugged, then addressed August. "We're gonna be in gryffindor." He said eagerly.
"Gryffindor, where dwell the brave at heart!" Wesley cried. He lifted an imaginary sword into the air and pointed it at the sky. He laughed, and he and Tanner exchanged a high-five.
"Like our dad." Tanner explained.

"I'm not sure... I only know what the teacher told me... Ravenclaw, I guess? I'm not really sure." Nikki shrugged, wishing she knew more.
Just then, Andrea knocked on the door. "May I sit here?" she asked. None of the compartments that were full had even a single seat left, this was the fulllest compartment she could find.

[Raven]

"The more the marrier kid. What house do you want?" Ryan asked.
Evangeline looked at the newcomer, then back at Nikki. "Well what did she tell you?"

[Sar]

"Well I hear Slytherins and Gryffindors get a lot of classes together!" August said happily "And besides, my aunt was a Slytherin and she's great!"

Adrea shrugged. "I'm not picky, I can work with anything." She sat down to listen.

"Just a little... some backround information on the school... just... why I could come, and stuff like that. Where to get school supplies. I mean, it's not like you can find cauldrons and owls in London." Nikki said, smiling slightly.

"yeah, much to my dads chargrin. Is it chargin or chargrin, Tanner?"
Tanner shrugged. "I think you had it right the first time. Anyway, it's just a house think. We know not all Slytherins are evil."
"Yeah, just most of them." Wesley laughed.
"Wesley!"
