Trisha smiled. It'd been practically a year since she'd been treated with any real kindness by a fellow student. She finally looked over at the first year and smiled. "Thank you, that's really sweet. My name's Trisha. What's yours?"

"Stay in a group," Andrea advised. "She can't hex everyone, and there'd be eyewitnesses if she went after you,"

[Raven]

"I'll make sure she doesn't, Liz. And we can tell Ryan and Eric, and they'll help, too," Lynn told Liz.

"Uh-huh, right, whatever you say, Eric," Ryan replied, slinging his arm around his friend's shoulder.

"Violet," she answered. "You have a really pretty name."

"So do you," Trisha replied. "You're a first year, right? Have you gotten your timetable yet?"

[Raven]

Violet shook her head. "We get them today, I think.."

[Gifted]

"And they still haven't been handed out yet? Odd..." Trisha shrugged. "You excited?"
(Wink wink nudge nudge give out the timetables so we can go to class)

((I'm not giving them out til Fox is ready and I'm done with Eric and Ryan 3< ))
"I guess. I don't really know what we'll learn. I wasn't raised around magic," Violet said.

"Niether was I." Trisha said, glad to finally have some conversation. "You learn mostly theory and small things in the first few weeks, it's kind of tedious... but you'll learn how to make stuff fly in Charms around October. I think that was my favourite lesson all first year,"

Violet smiled. "That does sound fun," she said.

Liz nodded at Andrea and Lynn. She quietly gnawed on her toast, wondering what would happen to her.

Eric smirked and slung his arm around Ryan's shoulder before walking towards the doorway to the hall. "Can't even keep up with a muggle-born," he taunted, "you should be ashamed of yourself."

"Yeah, well... Discriminated ones are always the fastest," Ryan replied. "Like Kenyans..." He smiled. "Anyway, I don't care. I'm not the best runner."

Genevive ran down, terrified that she had been late. She burst in, sitting at random and wiping off her forehead.

Lucien called everyone's attention by tapping his wand on the teacher's table and then shooting multicolored sparks into the air. When everbody was more or less quiet, he spoke.

"Please line up by house!" he called, "And we will hand you your time tables for the year! Memorize these, as they're very important and I doubt we'll be handing out copies."

Nikki got up and went up to stand in line to get her timetable immeaditley. She couldn't wait to start class.

"C'mon Wes!" Tanner said excitedly as he got up to go get his as well.

Violet followed the rest of the first years.

Lynn pulled Liz and Andrea to their feet. "Come on~"

Astin, who had just come down from the Gryffindor Common Room, lined up as well.

Owen got to his feet, glanced at Jeremiah, who was sitting down the table a ways, and walked up to the Slytherin line.

Jenna darted into the Ravenclaw line, not wanting to miss this part. That wouldn't be good.
