I rolled my eyes and fought the urge to kick the kid. "I'm sure there is an inn in town," I said dryly. "If you would point me in that direction, that would be helpful."

The kid pointy to an ill maintained house, the sign was warped and there were obvious signs of water damage, the wind blew the door open slightly revealing it was at least decent inside.

The kid walked into a nearby alley and some laughter was heard, the innkeeper jumped as the door opened and he saw someone approaching.
