Joan grited her teeth, hearing the store being broken into. Why the heck wern't there any guards on him? It looked like she had to do what her agnts should be doing....

She abandoned Yazmin breifly and darted at the robber, coming up behind him and moving to grab his arm and twist it painfully behind his back.

The thief’s arm is caught but he doesn’t struggle to get away.
After a second the man fazes through her grip and jumps back, and then turns to face her.
“Why hello.” he says in a calm tone waving at her in greeting.
He is dressed much like a ninja, since he is wearing all black and a cloth mask.

Two other guards appeared behind him. They watched him through their masks, the faces beneath reflecting the things hiding them; blank and expressionless.

"Hm..." A phaser. That narrowed down the list of options for the identity considerably. "You do know stealing is punishable by death in our fair city, citizen?" she said curtly.

The thief leans back to look at the guards.
“Oh look, it’s the cavalry.” he says in a gleeful tone.
“A bit later aren’t you?” he asks straitening his stance.
“Citizen? I’m not a citizen.” he replies shortly after being questioned.

"How did you get past the gstes, if you are not a citizen of Forsvar?" Joans voice suddenly took on a darker tone.

The thief leans slightly to the side.
“Um, hello? I phased through a wall.” he replied in a surprised tone.
“Because I can like....Phase through stuff, like your hand.” he adds on shortly after.

“Well I didn’t have any problem getting in. Perhaps they left on a coffee break?” he says in a calm tone.
“In fact, I wanted to know if I was in the famed Forsvar, so I broke a window to see.” he says pointing to the store window.
“Even then your reaction was slow.” he says looking to his wristwatch.
