Gifteds
A plain, white room, with a single door. Perfectly square. relativley small. No features. There is nothing in the room, nor in your pockets.
A TV screen comes down from behind a panel in the wall. The following words are on the screen:
Welcome (Your characters full name here)! Welcome to The Game Over Labyrinth. You have been transported here via illusion, nobody will know you are gone.
Don't let that placate you however. When you die in the game, you die for real. Find your way through the maze and reach the end boss.
You are not the only player in this game. Three allies will also be moving through the maze, trying to find the exit.
But just as there are allies, there are enimies as well. A team of agents has been sent to hunt you down. Avoid them, or kill them off, for they seek your death.
If you search carefully, you may find a powerup in each room you come to.You may have to take risks to get them, but if you do, the rewards will be staggering.
Good luck. Your going to need it.
Let the game begin.
Agents
A concrete bunker, furnished on the inside with simple cabinets to store wepons, and large white capsules against the back wall. Each capsule has a pair of numbers beside it. 1-1, 1-2, 1-3, 1-4, 2-2, 2-3, 2-4, 2-5, 2-6, 2-7, 3-1, 3-3, 3-4, 4-2, 4-3, 4-4 and 10-10 are all there. Also there are small white handheld devices, which show a map of the maze with five dotes on it, each a different colour. Four are at the starting point, but one is in one of the rooms. There is a large white button on the bottom of the device, and a clip on the back so you can clip it to your belt. A projector points at a white screen on the far wall. It turns on, and a message is displayed:
Welcome, Agents. Welcome to the Game Over Labyrinth. You have been transported here via illusion, nobody will know you are gone, and it will take up none of your time.
Four Gifteds have been sent to their own starting points in the maze. The maps you see on the table will help you track them. Gifted Number one is blue, Gifted number two is red, Gifted number three is yellow, and Gifted number four is green, as shown. The pink dot will not leave the room she is in currently until she is set free, by yourselves or one of the Gifteds. She could be a powerful resource or a deadly enemy for the side that sets her free. Risk it if you choose.
If a Gifted manages to kill you, do not worry, you will siimply respawn back at base after a few seconds. This effect is not permanant, however, after three deaths, your lives will run out. You will die if you are killed four times, so use your freedom wisely. You will be let out, if you haven't died, when all four Gifteds are dead. Each of them need only be killed once.
When you exit, you can move down the hallway directly in front of the bunker and knock twice on the wall you meet. It will swing open, allowing you to join the labyrinth. If you prefer a quicker method, you can use the teleportation devices you see behind you.
Each room is labled with a pair of numbers, and each pod transports the user to one room. To return to base, simply press the white button on your map.
Lastly, each room is equipped with a hidden weapon, which whomever finds it can use. This includes the Gifteds, of course. The weapons are the only ones in the entire labyrinth, other than powers, obviously.
Good luck. I hope you don't need it.
Let the game begin.
