Figuring he'd keep pressing for answers he decides to answer now,
"I found it back in Mc. Donalds, in the back of a cave."
He pauses for a moment,
"As for what it's called, the inner cover read 'Websters Dictionary'"

"That all depends.... I'm not going to get mugged for it right?" his tone makes it difficult to know whether or not he's joking.
"Can't be too careful after all. Though I guess my question is also an answer."
He moves his pack to the side and takes out the book, since it is covered with a different book-skin he opens it to the title page for him to see,
"This is it. Though I prefer it not leave my side. And if it were to leave my side, it be somewhere I can keep a close eye on it."

Lark glances around to check for anyone watching then shuts the book and places it in his pack. Then something occurs to him,
"What books did you read those words from?"
He'd never seem them before finding the old world dictionary.

He shrugs slightly,
"But they sound interesting."
The question of how safe this place was started to bother him. Talking about words that seemed mostly stricken from history seemed like a bad idea in such a public place.

Carmen cringed, recognizing Melanie's voice from the night before, now that she used this harsher tone.
"Uh....okay, I-I'll stay.....but, I am very busy...and, believe it or not, I'm more independent and self-sufficient than you might think...." She spun a strand of her hair, staring at the floor, then nibbled at the apple a bit.
