What's your opinion on Kira? If he were real, would you consider him to be justice or evil? God or devil?
Discuss. :3
EDIT: Decided I should add; by "Kira" I'm referring to the Kira method as justice. Is killing off criminals really the way to go?

Obviously.
It depends on whether you mean Raito, as a lot of people seem to mean him when they say 'Kira'. I am a supporter of Kira, obviously, but I think some of what Raito does is stupid. If the situation had laid out exactly so, I'd probably do my best to find out who Kira was, and be with that person 'ignorantly'. <3 I wouldn't consider him a god or a devil... just a puppeteer I guess. If I were any character, it would likely be Mikami... buuut, I wouldn't show up at the rallies or anything. Just tune in to them. And take notes accordingly.
Soooyeah. Kira is justice. > w< <3

Personally, I think Kira is justice as well. Though no mere human could really accomplish the works of a god; I think Light/Raito (As Suki continues to call him) is one of the few who would be qualified for the job. And by saying Kira, I'm mainly referring to Kira's method of justice. I should probably add that to the main post... >>

I think justice is one of those words that means something slightly different to everyone I can see both sides of the story. I personally approve of Kiras justice, but if others decidded it was evil Id roll with whatever

First off, I don't belive that Kira is /GOD. But I do see him as a new, radical leader in criminal involment. The Kira way to do things do lable him as a murderer but, also as a Savior, as Misa says. When I see Light/Kira start to lable himself as a God, I feel he has become a narasist and a dranged phycopath who belives he can change human nature by force. Although humans are capable of great good, they as well, are capable of great acts of evil. Kira tried to change and do the impossible, to change human nature. If he was god, then there would be no problem. But, he is just a mortal as you and me. He was the only person who would use the Death Note in that way. For that, I applud Kira, but, I do not worship him.

@russia: Kira didn't do any of those things. Raito did. Please do not get them confused. <3

I do not think that the Kira way of justice is right in all cases. All men are capable of great evil, that is true, but, they also are capable of great good. All people deserve a second chance.
