Railiff is a land covered in water, the people of this place go everywhere by boat, their houses either on high ground, or, raised above the water. There are patches of land, up to three miles wide, at the most. On the biggest, sits a tower, not too fancy, and this is where the leader of this country lives, her name, Angel.
This country recently was found and adopted by Angel, who saw this, unlike many others, as a potentially hospitabal land. The leader is kind to her people, but not very trusting to the other countries. Angel likes to maintain peace.
Thier land is bountiful in food, plenty of trees, crops, and cattle are raised on the land. The water has many fish.
The land of Railiff is certainly a pleasant place to live, unless, that is, you've been called to war. As Angel believes this is the best way for peace. That, with every rainstorm, comes a rainbow afterward.

Age: early 20s
Appearance: HAIR: Natural red hair, it is long, and curly from her hair usually being plaited down her back. EYES: Angel's eyes are a warm ocean blue, they are big, and almond shaped. MOUTH: Her lips are semi-full, so imperfect. BODYTYPE: Curvy, fully developed. MISC: She has angel wings on her back.
Clothing: Angel usually wears corseted dresses, to look the role she plays for her country. But, when she finally gets her way, which is rare, she likes to wear men clothing, because it feels so much nicer in comparison.
Persona: Angel is a playful, young acting, spirited, girl. She often toys with people, and gets bored easilly. Most of the time she is kind, but, in rare occasions, she can be very cool. One of her favorite ways of toying with male figures, would be flirting.
History: Angel grew up on the streets, obviously regected at birth, most likely for her wings. She grew up, always convinced she was nothing. She made money off of the streets in a variety of ways, and when old enough, she worked in a bakery, so she is a skilled cook. She found her country when at a higher status, a normal one.
