To kick this off, what medium(s) do you prefer?

Personally, I like graphite pencils and colored pencils. I'm not good with brushes and pastels just get all over the place... especially considering how easily they melt. xD

My most-used medium is watercolor... I love the way it looks and it's a lot faster to use than colored pencil or graphite. I also prefer colored watercolor over black and white. A thick black pen with watercolor also looks really lovely for casual drawing... <3 My workbook is pretty much all like that. xD
However, I do much appreciate graphite / colored pencils, they just take so long... I work on deadlines and don't have time for them. I only use them if I find myself with extra time and without my palette (which isn't often).
I'm not bad at scratchboard or kanti (sp?), but I never really use them.
I am absolutely miserable at oil pastel and acrylic. ;___; Absolutely. Miserable. And I love acrylic's look too so that makes me mad. xD I've only tried that in black and white, though. Oh, and I suck at markers, too. Though I've never used copics or prismas, so that might make a difference. > w<;;

Bleah! I can't stand watercolors...
I'm best with a graphite pencil and a blue animator's pencil for drafts, and I'm pretty awesome with using pens to ink final drafts. Plus I just bought a bunch of materials to help me ink and to make it look better, so I'd better be zetta good at it. >>
For colors, I'd rather just use colored pencils. I'm good with acrylics, but I've never liked bothering with paints.
Edit: Upon trying out oil paints, I have found that I absolutely love them.
