Out of an ally several streets behind Vincent, a typical zombie stumbles out onto the street. It is a male in his mid twenties, wearing a tattered business suit. It peers around in a twitchy manner for a moment before looking in their direction.
Seeing this, Vincent remains still, at a conflict as of what to do. If he ran it may trigger an attack. If he didn’t react, it might attack anyway. For now he remains still watching it cautiously.

Tes reached into his pack and pulled out a small pistol. He took aim down the sights, judging the distance between Vincent and the zombie to be a few meters, the pistol had a limited range, so if he shot he may miss the zombie and hit Vincent. He need Vincent to back up slightly. He gestered Vencent to come closer to him, using two fingers, hoping Vincent could get the message.

Lucky Vincent noticed the signal. Cautiously he takes a few slow steps to give Tes the room to fire. However the zombie spots this movement and runs towards the pair. Seeing as the zombie was coming anyway Vincent dashes to a few feet from Tes's side, to ensure room to fire and be close enough to help if need be.

Tes saw the moment and attacked it. He fired three shots from the pistol, the first round struck the zombie in the shoulder, the second and third shots hit both of the zombie's knee caps.

The zombie trips after being shot. It begins making a shrill call. Vincent takes a step back, know it was a distress call to its colony.

Tes, apon downing the zombie, pulls out his machetie and approched the zombie. One one fluid movement, he decapitated the zombie's. He then turned to Vincent, "We have to go, there will be more on the way."

Vincent nods and looks down the street both ways, checking for any more coming. He points to a building, a multi floored apartment complex. He figured it had enough floors to hide on, and maybe from the roof they could spot out others or better places to hide... Or avoid for that matter. He waits to see if Tes has a better idea.
