The bird flew back and perched itself on his shoulder before he answered her," I'm not really sure but it seems like this was one of our roleplays or something." He looked back at the castle and then spoke aloud again," Well I guess I should explore a bit." He turned to walk into the castle and the puppet on the shoulder opposite the bird seemed to turn and look at the two girls.

ooc: how do you guys recognize each other on sight? or was Raven just listening in on your conversation?

Once she was pretty much dry, Rachael pulled out her hairband and wore it around her neck like a necklace. Walking through the forest, she suddenly came upon some sort of weird shelter-looking-thing. Then she saw them. three people, two girls and a boy. Damn it! with her flaming red hair she had a very small chance of sneaking away without being spotted. She started to back up. Then she hit a tree root and triped backawrds. She caught herself and managed only some shallow scrapes on her palms, but she also made a noise and was probably going to attract attention

He stepped out of the doorway after hearing a noise and looked out into the forest. His bird chirped and he called out," Is anyone there?" he began slowly walking toward the sourch of the noise.

Hearing someone walkig her way, Rachael, acting on the defensive, rapped darkness around herself, so it would seem to whoever was coming that the forest was getting darker as they came closer until they couldn't see a thing.
This was instinct. She was a Gifted now, if we were going like your average roleplay that meant she was being hunted. Maybe not by the government, but still

[Sar]

Sar looked up and said "Jonathan, I could have survived with a tent-" But she stopped as he walked away from the distance towards a noise. "Jon, I just got chased and almost killed and now you are walking toward every rustle in the bushes?" She didn't even notice the arrival of Raven for her eyes were locked on Crow, and she was wondering how long it would take her to run over there if he were to get hurt.

[Raven]

Raven shivered, totally freaked out by the creepy puppet and her extremely overactive imagination. Tiny flames started in the palms of her hands as she wrapped her arms around her middle. Then she perked at the noise. "Sar, it's natural, besides, there are three of us, now." She slowly followed Crow. Noticing the difference in the light, she unknowingly made her hands glow with flame.

He stopped after hearing Sar and noticing a darkness growing he called out to her," I'll be careful Sar and besides I have my trusty attack bird." Smiling at his silly joke he picked up his note book and thought to himself,'it's getting a bit dark.' He quickly drew up one of those flashlights people used in foggy areas and used it to search around the darkness. He looked back at Raven and smiled seeing her follow him, he felt a bit more at ease. He certainly never thought he would meet anyone on the board, at least for about 6 years. The doll kept its eyes on her its sewn mouth forever stitched into a smile.

Rachael saw the flashlight appear a secound before she got the beam full in the face.
"AUGH!" she yelled in pain. The sunlight hurt a little but this was something else. covering her eyes with her arm and the darkness receeding ever so slowly, she shouted "Turn that damn thing off, will you? Freaking kill my eyes much?"

[Sar]

Sar held in a breath as the two walked over and rested her hand on the ground, not caring about the freezing. But instead of the cold she felt...heat? What was this She looked down at the grass and noticed that it was no longer green but a scorched brown. Not like the black that fire would leave but the brown left after a rainless summer. Now all the water that was inside of the grass covered her hand. 'What is this?" she thought as she watched the steam rise from the heat, though it didn't even burn her skin.

He pointed the fog light toward his feet and then addressed her," I know what Raven-chan and Sar look like but I don't recognize you, are you someoone from the board?" He looked at her through the darkness and spoke to Raven," Raven-chan does she look familiar to you?"His bird was cawing at her and the doll was hanging limply on his shoulder.

[Gifted]

As the darkness completley dissappeared and the guy moved his flashlight away, Rachael looked up. "Well, my name is Rachael... wait Raven and Sar? No way, you mean like, Raven and Sar of the Shinigami Eyes?"

[Raven]

Raven did her best to ignore the puppet. "No, but I only know you and Fox," she replied. She was about to take his hand when she noticed her's was on fire. "Oh my God!" she exclaimed, waving her hand frantically, the fire went out. She was too panicked to answer Rachel's question.

[Dokeshi]

He smiled and said," So you're Racheal? Crow-kun wants a snack then." He smiled and once again chuckled at one of his silly jokes he turned the fog light off and reached out his hand befpore continuing," Why don't you come visit my castle? Three people certainly couldn't fill it up maybe four will be a bit closer."

[Gifted]

"Sure Crow! But wait, I think you got me confused. You think I'm Rachel? As is Rachelfailsatnames?" She shook her head, almost laughing. "I ain't Rachel. I'm Gifted. Note the redhead!" she joked. As she came back to where they were staying she saw the two girls "So which ones Raven and which ones Sar?" She asked. It wasn't like she'd met either before.
