Kartala nodded at the nurse and crawled up Sabina a bit.

Kendal looked back at the girl when she glanced at him. He stole a quick glance towards... Mary? Was she talking to herself? Kendal shrugged, and looked at the previously sobbing girl with a slightly sympathetic expression. He was biting his lip so hard that a trickle of blood slid down the corner of his mouth.

[Raven]

"It doesn't matter, I should have known better," Max muttered.

[Gifted]

"They still shouldn't blame you," Judith said in a kind but firm voice. Then her eyes squeezed shut, signalling a change to anyone who knew them.

Mary's eyes flashed open, taking in the room. She'd have to keep pretending she was judith for the time being. Her hard eyes flicked from Kendal to Kartala and back to Max. She'd kill any of them if she had too, to kill Hilary.

Laura moaned. Her eyes opened and someone puled her gently upright there were several nurses and doctors around her, performing some sort of test on her, or checking to see if she was stable.
Though she'd woken up, the drug still had her mostly subdued. She had a hard time thinking about anything at all, very melow and not like herself. When the nurse had pulled her up she'd obeyed the pressure without a second thougght, simply because she was too subdued to remember why she wanted to resist, not just in that one aspect, but in just about everything.
If she'd been fully alert, Laura would tell you that the nurses were trying to supress her power. After one of these little 'examinations' her power wouldn't work for hours, sometimes even days. Every time she gave in and did what they wanted -took pills for her PTSD to stop the flashbacks, alowed herself to be subjected to these examinations- they would hinder her power. She hated them all.

But now her brain was foggy and she was subdued, so she just sat there with no emotion as the doctors rushed around her, testing her and injecting a fluid into her arm.

Kendal glanced down at who he thought was Mary. She seemed somewhat different, even though she looked the same. He stood up, and glanced around him, making sure nobody was sneaking up on him.

[Diz]

Something flashed into Sabina's eyes and she keeled down so she'd be eye level with Kartala. She gave him an evil little smirk as she ran her finger up his neck and brought her face closer to his.

[Dokeshi]

Kartala looked at her, though he was in all definitions of the word, insane, he seemed to have a soft spot for women, however half the time they were just beautiful corpses to him. He wondered what this person would do to him.

[Diz]

Sabina began to untie the muzzle on Kartala and just hoped the nurses didn't notice. She succeed. Sabina still had the grin on her face as she asked
"And what's your name?"

[Raven]

A few of the nurses looked at Sabina and Kartala. "Sabina," one scolded, not noticing that the muzzle was off, but that Sabina was with Kartala.
((shouldn't she be in a straight jacket, Diz?))

[Dokeshi]

Kartala licked his lips when the muzzles was going, it felt freeing, blood dripped from the stitches on the sides of his mouth. He smiled and spoke," My name is Kartala Grotesque, And yours?"

MAry got up and walked away from Max, siting in a corner by herself, still letting her eyes skim over each person in turn.

Sabina looked away from Kartala to face the nurse.
"I thought we came to socialize? Besides, I can't talk to him if he's all the way down there."

Mary snorted. "She has a point," She said rudely to the nurse.
((shouldn't you notice a personality difference? Considering Judith is social, happy and polite?))

[Raven]

"Okay, just behave," the nurse said. She glanced at Mary. "Judith?"

[Gifted]

Then Mary realised she was supposed to be acting like Judith. "Yeah?" she said. Well, it wasn't perfect, but it was a little nicer.
