Kartala crawled up into the nurses lap watching max, not really thinking if she could support his weight along with hers.

Judith turned. "Yes?" She called. "Hilary wants to come out soon, but if you want me, she can wait I suppose." she made a couple quick hand gestures in sign language to herself. "Just a little while, okay?" was what they meant. Then Judith ran over to the nurse.

"We wanted you to come meet some of the other patients here. Of course, Mary wouldn't be allowed, but Hilary would and you can come back outside right after," the nurse said.

"Kendal," a nurse said, entering the room, "I need to talk to you about something."

Kendal looked up at the nurse. Under his fingernails were dried blood; he had been scratching at himself again.

"..." He tilted his head, as if saying, "Go on."

[Diz]

Sabina turned away from her window to look at the nurse.
"What?"

[Raven]

Both nurses said basically the same thing, "We have been told to invite you to come meet some of the other patients here."

[Diz]

"Sooo, I have a choice then?" She got of the bed and walked over to the nurse.
"I guess I'll come then...."

Kendal frowned behind his mask. He didn't like the concept of meeting other people, especially the other patients. It was something to do other than rot in his room, though. He bit his lip with one fang, and savored the taste. Carefully, he stood up, and nodded. Kendal waited for the nurse to lead the way, arms crossed, pressed tightly against his chest.

"Okay." The nurses led both patients to the same room. The room where Kartala was molesting a nurse and Max was sobbing.

[Diz]

Sabina stopped when she got into the room to look at everyone. How the heck was she supposed to socialize with these people! She sighed and just stood there.

Kartala was happily in the nurses lap and looked at the newcomers.

Kendal crept into the room, careful to not make too much noise. The first person he noticed was the one that looked disturbingly like a caterpillar. Hm, he thought, I'm not the only one with a mask in this place... Kendal observed the others, and scratched habitually at his arm. His sharp fingernails caused a small cut. He wiped the meager amount of blood up with a finger, and managed to lick it off his finger.

"..." Kendal leaned against the wall, examining his minor wound.

Kartala snuggled up closer to the nurse, he was perfectly happy.

"Oh!" Judith's eyes lit up. "I would love to!" She ran up to the nurse eagerly.
