Epocheia

[Sparrow]

The land of Epocheia is large clusters of small islands spread through out the world.
Sparrow saw value in the minuscule islands that others did not so she took them under her wing. She had been building her empire through out the duration of the war. However it was not until now that she’d gathered enough people for her armies that could ever hope to stand against the larger empires. It was well known to the people who lived under her rule that she was a little more than a nutjob. Some people even called her a loon or cuckoo, but she didn’t mind her name being substituted for the name of another bird. The people call her a fair ruler, as she’ll pardon lesser crimes. But there is little hard crime in Epocheia because of the “heavy penalties”. Epocheia's scientists are currently working on high technologies, such as Time Warps, Lazors, Hover crafts, etc. but so far no progress has been made. However the scientists have found a way to mass produce bombs, this information is kept classified among the scientists. Of the accomplished tests their greatest invention was only know as "The Orb". This device has yet to be tested. All in all Epocheia is a peaceful place, but has a bit of a problem with crazies.

[Sparrow]

Sparrow and Steve had entered the ship. The ship moves in an odd snake-like fashion swaying back and forth through the water. Sparrow takes a seat, Steve sits soon after.
“I hate this boat.” Sparrow says becoming seasick.
The boat sways more.
“It’s a fail design for sure...” Steve says trying to regain his balance.
Waves caused by the explosion rock the boat.
“We’re heading for Eon please remain seated.” The captain says calmly over the load speaker.

[Sparrow]

Eon, the capital of Epocheia. Eon is a large island, however that is difficult to tell because of the mist. The island is surrounded by a red mist, that unless using guidance technology, can’t be navigated. The mist has a choking effect on anyone not infected with psychosynthesis. The virus that plagues the island. The sky is always over cast from the pollen the psyhif weed, the cause of psychosynthesis. Frequent rain, called blood rain, is a common everyday occurrence. The temperature is often 55f - 75f.

The robots soon arrived at their destination scanning the surroundings, taking a few snap shots and walking inland.

[Sparrow]

A alarm went off on the computer monitor.
“What’s that?” a guard asks, referring to the alarm.
“It’s shore cam 452.” A scientist says quickly pulling it up on the monitor.
The robots come into view.
“What the?” the guard says confused.
The scientist brings up a holographic map of the island and pushes the spot on the map.
“Call Sparrow, we may have a problem.” The scientist says quickly.
The guard runs out of the room to search for Sparrow.
Being activated, seven Orbs fly to the area and begin spying on the robots.
The sand of the shore is red with pollen and everything else is overcast in a red hue from the dark sky. Thunder is heard, but the rain hasn’t started.

[Dokeshi]

The robots had Talesworth markings on hem and in plain white letters said "Ambassador safety scout", they were simply examining the area, making sure it would be safe for a human, at least that's all someone would be able to gather from looking at them.

[Sparrow]

Sparrow entered the lab,
“What’s this I hear about alien invaders from the plant X?” she asks confused.
The scientist shoots a glare at the guard. The guard looks away and starts whistling.
“There some kind of robots, they have Talesworth marking on them.” The scientist says pointing to the screen.
“Ambassador Safety scout?” Sparrow reads confused.
Then quickly comes to a conclusion.
“They must be checking if the area is safe for the ambassador. Does the Orb have text abilities yet?” She asks.
“Yes ma’am but only visual.” The scientist says calmly.
“Bring it up please.” She says calmly.
The scientist does so. Sparrow controls one of the Orb’s to float over to the robots.
When it’s a few feet away a band of red text starts circling it.
“Greetings, do you have means to communicate back?”

[Dokeshi]

The robot looked at the orb and tried to reach out and grab it, it looked very curious.

[Sparrow]

Sparrow allows the robot to grab the Orb, hoping it would take it with it, or take a photo of the text.

[Dokeshi]

The Robot took it and took many pictures of it, it then began trying to open it up.

[Sparrow]

The Orb spins quickly to get loose, then hovers a few feet away a takes a photo.
New text pops up.
“If you are going to come here you must wait by the chain of red buoyies to receive the respirators. Other wise you will not be allowed passage.”
The Orb moves around to try to get the robot to take another photo of the text.

[Dokeshi]

The Robot jumped onto the orb grabbing it again, taking a picture and sending an emp pulse through it.

[Sparrow]

The screen went blank.
“What the?” Sparrow says confused.
“It must have been an EMP. I’ll work on preventing this.” The scientist says quickly.
“Um... Does it still.” Sparrow starts to say, but gets her answer when the scientist face palms.

The Orb’s light shuts off. The other orbs fall from the air.
A beeping is heard that grows more rapid like a warning.
Suddenly the Orbs self-destruct destroying a large area. However they were too far from town to cause damage to anything but the beach and robot.
The sand of the area of the blast changes into red glass.

[Dokeshi]

A few hours later the sea rumbled slightly and out from the water of Epocheia, on the other side of where the robots had been was what seemed to be a person, wearing black loose fitting clothing that covered the entire body, with the help of its hood, a pair of gloves and a pair of boots. Light flickered into one of the purple, glazed over eyes, as they changed to an odd glowing green color. The figure looked up at the sky, to make sure there were no orbs in the sky, crouching the figure seemed to vanish into thin air.

[Sparrow]

The same alarm goes off. The scientist runs to the monitor and pulls up the screen, but sees nothing.
“What is” the guard starts to ask but is glared at by the scientist.
“Okay I’ll get her.” The guard says then runs off to find Sparrow.
The scientist activates twelve Orbs to investigate the area.
The Orbs arrive at the shore, some by air and some by ground. They hover around narrowing their eyes. A clap of thunder is heard, and it starts to rain. However the rain has the appearance of blood.
