World Meetings

I was thinking, and the world meetings seem too close together, they should be, like, twice a year, and Raven will call an emergency world meeting to discuss the destruction of Forli, Rose's death, and give the other leaders a chance to speak as well... Your views?
If you choose the last choice, please explain.

I think that 2 is a bit spread apart...3 or 4 seem like a better choice, seems to be closer to to the middle of being too far apart or too close together.
