PINC: Panem International News Coverage

[Gifted]

This is the News station that Sayoko set up for me. It works basically the same as the Forli News was. Sayoko hosts it.
The beginning of the news (You know how they always have a sort of like title page) shows the five emblems of the five surviving countries encased by a wreath.

[Gifted]

Sayoko was standing next to a picture of a tombstone with the emblem of Forli on it.
"It is with deep sorrow I report the passing of Forli and it's great leader, Fox. Early yesterday evening, Forli was hit b a bomb weikded by unknown parties. The country was obliterated and as of right now there are no known survivors. We will no transfer over to Princess Sarteena Gifted, who is currently adressing the nation of Panem about this dreadful tragedy,"
Gifted looked very different. She'd cut her hair extremley short, and done away with her favorite blue dress. Now she was in a burgandy red dress. (I cant really describe it I'm not good at describing clothes... I'll attach a pic) She looked proud and stern, her makeup put on so as to accent the strong features of her face.
"The loss of Forli is a tragic and frightening blow to all of us, I am sure. But we must be able to preservere. Though we have not found any surviors as of late, we will keep searching. I cannot speak for the other countries, but I can assure you Panem will make justice for Forli our first priority. We will find out what guilty party, terrorist group or nation caused this pointless massacre of thousands or Forlians. And if avenging the deaths of thousands means going to war, then under the eye of God and everyone here today, Panem will go to war! Justice for Forli!"
"Justice for Forli! Justice for Forli!" The crowd chanted, and the tape went back to Sayoko. "And we'll be right back after these messeges," she said, straightening the papers on her desk.

[Gifted]

After the commercial break, Sayoko was back. "A recording has been donated to the studio... Mistress Raven of Ravonia has also given a speech reguarding the country of Forli and it's attacker. whether Crow of Talesworth, Queen Diz of Amestris and Madame Rachel of Rilia will do the same remains to be seen. Thank you to Mr. Sean Cresswell for sending us the recording." This was followed by a playing of the audio tape, with the camera also showing the words in text.

A few minutes after the speech Sayoko was handed another piece of paper by someone off camera.
"What? Oh..." she looked down and read it over quickly, her eyes lighting up. "It appears Miss Fox has been found alive!" She said. "Fox was found at 11:30am at the pier in Panem," a clip showing Eloise and Dominic pushing through the crowd and greeting fox was shown. "She is currently being escorted to the palace of Princess Sarteena Gifted and appears to be in stable condition. More on this as the story develops,"

[Raven]

Fox looked at the camera. She felt more comfortable addressing a crowd, and it showed. She scratched the side of her nose nervously, and adjusted the collar of her ruined blouse. Her expression turned from anxious to professional, but sad.

"Forli is dead."

Her hand rose to her face, and dropped when she realized her glasses were back in the nuclear wasteland formerly known as Forli.

"The majority of the world's flora--extinct. Hundreds of thousands of animals--gone. Millions of people--dead. Among them, my dear friend and second in command, Mimi. Crow has agreed to house any Forlians that were off-island when the bombs fell in Talesworth, until a permanent solution is found. As a safety measure, I will not disclose exactly where they will be housed, nor where I will be. At the moment, I am speaking from Princess Gifted's palace... Her hospitality, however, changes nothing. Forli still deserves justice. Only a leader could produce weapons capable of this level of destruction. And, whoever it was, is still capable of more."

Here, Fox rubbed an eye, as if she was wiping away a tear. She addressed the camera with an uncharacteristically serious face.

"If whoever did this comes clean, I will go peacefully. I am among the last surviving Forlians, and for all I know, I may be the sole survivor. The only reason somebody would destroy an entire country would be to exterminate its inhabitants. I'm the last surviving Forlian that can make a difference in this world. As long as you harm no one else, I will go peacefully and willingly into your care, and will do everything in my power to prevent the other world leaders from harming you. If you hurt, maim, or kill anyone else, any other innocent... The wrath of the world is upon you."

Fox was obviously tearing up now.

"P-please... No more death. Th-thank you for listening, Panem, Ravonia, Rillia, Amestris, Talesworth, and whoever has the knowledge that they killed millions of innocent lives."

[Gifted]

The news began again, with Sayoko standing next to a photo of Gifted and Emric, side by side, Gifted in her burgandy dress and short hair and Emric, dressed all in white, his purple hair neatly combed.
"The rumoured announcement of a new position in the palace was revealed earlier today." The sccene cut to a clip of Gifted making some speech while Emric kneeled on one knee and bowed his head in front of her, but the sound had been cut out, and overtop of it was Sayoko's voice.
"Emric Malvagio, longtime member of Princess Sarteena Gifteds inner circle, has been proclaimed the title of 'Father' today, amid much controversy from the public. This new title also assumes Emric -excuse me, Father Emric- the second in command position, taking it from the previous second miss Princess of Venus, Sharon Wright. No word on how the former 2nd princess is taking this blow,"

[Raven]

"Um, hello? Is this on?" Raven asked, stupidly.
"Yes, it is," Sumner said from behind the camera.
Raven laughed quickly. "Mistress Raven, leader of Ravonia, the first nation of the International Confederacy," Sumner introduced.
"What the hell is the international confederacy?" Raven asked.
"I don't know, I was making it up to sound more official! Just start the announcement!"
"I, Mistress Raven, am calling an emergency world meeting to discuss the distruction of Forli, among other urgent matters. It will be held in exactly seven days, on... what's the date?" Sumner shrugged. "Well, in seven days. Wait, today is the fifth of June! So, it'll be on the..." She silently counted. "On the twelfth of June. I request that the leaders of all the countries come with less than four companions. Fox is included as one of the leaders, even though her country has been recently destroyed. She still leads her remaining people." Raven smiled. "That's all."
